User Agreement

Spot welders are potentially harmful. The user accepts all risks, liability and responsibility for losses, damages, costs, injury and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from using Hobby Spot Welders, spot welders and spot welding accessories.

Please also note that all information provided at and by Hobby Spot Welders is to be used at your own risk.  Hobby Spot Welders has made tremendous efforts to insure the accuracy of this information but all risks, responsibilities etc. for the use and accuracy of this information lies exclusively with the end user.

Hobby Spot Welders has gone to great lengths to make these products safe and easy to use. Use common sense, be safe, and have fun!

60 Day Warranty

Hobby Spot Welders warrants all merchandise against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of receipt unless otherwise stated. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.

30 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, in its original packaging, within 30 days for a refund. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and items must be shipped prepaid. Please contact Hobby spot (orders@hobbyspotwelders.com) for an RMA # which should appear clearly on the outside of the box. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted, and no freight collect packages will be accepted

Repairs

If repairs are needed outside the 60 day warranty agreement simply contact Hobby Spot Welders to make repair arrangements. Repairs will be charged a fee for labor and replacement parts. When requesting a repair please describe the problem to enable use to give you an estimate of time and cost.

Shipping Information

All in stock order typically ship within 36 hours. Hobby Spot Welders will contact customers with an expected ship date at time of purchase. However, occasionally unexpected events may add a short delay to shipments.

USPS Priority mail is Hobby Spot Welders default carrier unless stated otherwise on the product description. However, upon request, we will ship UPS or FEDEX. Please feel free to provide a UPS or FEDEX shipping account. Shipping fees will be refunded to those who use their own UPS or FEDEX account. If an item is not in stock overnight shipments may still be available for an additional fee. Please contact Hobby Spot Welders for details.   

Price and Part Availability

Price and availability of Hobby Spot products are subject to change without notice. For Large orders please contact Hobby Spot for a possible quantity discount.

International Purchases

Hobby Spot Welders does accept international purchases. All international purchases must be made with US dollars via PayPal. For a list of countries where paypal is available click here. You do not need to have or open a PayPal account to use PayPal. Due to the time and effort involved in shipping international orders all international purchases are final.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped FEDEX. Please note that customs fees will be required by your country of origin. International customers are encouraged to provide their own FEDEX shipping accounts to speed up the shipping process. Shipments will be sent using the most economical method unless the customer requests a specific shipping method.

International Warranty and Return Policy

Due to the complexity of international orders all international purchases are final. Repairs are provided for the 60 day warranty period. International repairs must provide all shipping costs.
